Welcome to FreeGF, available at https://freegfaikiss.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of FreeGF, including the AI girlfriend chat experience, the personality gallery, the website, and any related services we offer (together, the “Service”). By using FreeGF you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
FreeGF is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use FreeGF. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. The FreeGF experience
FreeGF provides AI-generated girlfriend personalities and conversational experiences. All characters, names, biographies and images on FreeGF are fictional and AI-generated. No real person is represented. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintentional and coincidental.
3. Account and access
You can use most of FreeGF without creating an account. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
When you use FreeGF you agree not to:
- Use the Service if you are under 18.
- Attempt to use FreeGF to generate or solicit content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, sexual violence, non-consensual scenarios, or any unlawful conduct.
- Use FreeGF to harass, threaten, defame or stalk any person.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or personalities that power FreeGF.
- Use automated systems to flood the Service with requests, or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of FreeGF.
- Bypass any security feature, paywall, rate limit or access restriction we put in place.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate access of any user who breaches these acceptable-use rules.
5. User content
Anything you send into a FreeGF chat or post on the Site (such as a comment) is your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. By submitting content to FreeGF, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and process that content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6. AI-generated content
Replies from FreeGF AI girlfriends are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, fiction, exaggeration or content you may find inappropriate. FreeGF should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
7. Intellectual property
The FreeGF name, logo, characters, illustrations, written personalities, code and overall design are protected by intellectual-property laws and are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of FreeGF without prior written consent, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
8. Third-party links and services
FreeGF may contain links to third-party sites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.
9. Payments and free use
The core FreeGF chat experience is provided free of charge. We may, in the future, offer optional paid features. If you choose to purchase any paid feature, the price, billing terms and refund policy will be presented to you before payment. By completing a purchase you agree to those additional terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of FreeGF is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use and protect information.
11. Disclaimers
FreeGF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Service, the accuracy of AI-generated content, the availability of any FreeGF personality, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will FreeGF, its affiliates, officers, employees or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeGF and its team from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right or law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to FreeGF at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any suspected breach of these Terms. You may stop using FreeGF at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
15. Changes to the Service
FreeGF evolves quickly. We may add, modify or remove personalities, features, pricing tiers and parts of the Service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect the way you use FreeGF.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, the law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on the FreeGF site. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeGF is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
18. Dispute resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@freegfaikiss.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most issues can be resolved this way, quickly and at no cost.
19. Force majeure
FreeGF will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, network outages, denial-of-service attacks, government actions, and failures of third-party providers.
20. No professional advice
FreeGF is for entertainment and companionship. Nothing said by an AI girlfriend on FreeGF should be treated as professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, financial or mental-health decisions.
21. Respect and safety
FreeGF is committed to a respectful, consensual, adult experience. We continuously refine our safety filters and content guidelines. Help us keep FreeGF safe — if you see something that violates these Terms, report it to support@freegfaikiss.com.
22. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and FreeGF regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreement on the subject.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable one that most closely matches the original intent.
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.
