Who we are

FreeGF (the “Service”) is operated under the FreeGF brand at https://freegfaikiss.com. We are the data controller for the personal data we process about you.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run FreeGF and to make your AI girlfriend experience feel personal:

  • Chat content — the messages you send to your FreeGF AI girlfriend and the replies generated for you.
  • Account data — if you create an optional FreeGF profile, your chosen username, email and preferences.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, operating system, device type, language, referring URL.
  • Usage data — pages visited on FreeGF, features used, approximate session duration.

How we use your information

  • To deliver, maintain and improve the FreeGF chat and the website.
  • To personalise replies and remember your preferences within the FreeGF experience.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.
  • With your consent, to send you product news from FreeGF.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on (a) performance of a contract (delivering the FreeGF Service you requested), (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving FreeGF safely, (c) your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

FreeGF does not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Trusted infrastructure providers that host FreeGF and process data on our behalf under strict contracts.
  • Authorities, when we are legally required to.
  • A successor entity in case of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of FreeGF.

FreeGF may transfer your data to countries outside your own. Where required, we use safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to protect the transfer.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion of your FreeGF data at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Children

FreeGF is strictly for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used FreeGF, contact us and we will delete the data immediately.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data within FreeGF, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password if you create a FreeGF account.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when FreeGF evolves or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
